Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a revolutionary technology which is transforming industries through automation, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities that commute digital innovation. Digital innovation and AI are changing businesses and communities, but the rapid growth of digital innovation and AI is unfortunate for the environment because they use a lot of energy and increasing carbon emissions. Green AI is now a group and a technology that wants to find a balance between technological progress and environmental sustainability by encouraging the use of AI and machine learning models that are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and useful. However, to balance technological advancement with environmental sustainability, this study explores the principles and practices of Green AI is an approach that highlights energy efficiency, resource optimization, and eco-friendly computing. This study examines the correlation between digital innovation and environmental responsibility by assessing AI's energy consumption, carbon footprint, and the implementation of sustainable computing practices. It looks at ways to make AI better for the environment, such as by improving models, cutting down on data, and making hardware work better. It also talks about how AI could be used to make eco-friendly practices better in a lot of different fields. The role of renewable energy-powered data centers and the integration of green AI into environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks, which evaluate an organization's impact on stakeholders and the environment, are also analyzed. The research employs literature reviews, case studies, and comparative data analysis to elucidate the trade-offs between AI performance and ecological impact, future trends in sustainable AI, and the ethical implementation of Green AI by organizations.
