Agricultural sustainability and soil quality have been degraded due to extreme cultivation, monocropping, and overuse of chemical fertilizers. Cover crops grown between main crops are an effective method that can improve soil quality and steady nutrient levels. Cover crops can help gain agricultural sustainability to ensure food security and achieve national development goals. The purpose of the research is to find out the impact of cover crops from 1994 to 2023. The land in Bangladesh often faces several types of problems every year. Crops face scarcity of enough vitamins and nutrition that are necessary for maximum flourishing. The objective is to find out how the dataset is used to evaluate the relationship between soil quality, water sustainability, and climate situations of 30 years of research. These scores will help to find out which action we should take to keep better soil quality. Our research needed a quantitative secondary dataset to analyze the role of cover crops in enhancing soil fertility and yield stability. The study also focused on soil quality, water sustainability, climate resilience, biodiversity, crop yield and food security. The research indicates that the soil quality index increased up to 99 and crop yield improved from 2.0 to 5.9 tons/ha. The food security index also went up focusing on the importance of healthy soil for better harvest. Cover crops control the quality of soil and yield stability. The proper utilization of cover crops can ensure better agricultural productivity, keeping food safe, farming ecofriendly for the future.
