Determinants of Behavioral Intention to Use Digital Healthcare Services: A PLS SEM Study on the Shukhee App
The rapid expansion of digital technologies within healthcare has rendered digital health services essential for improving access, efficiency, and patient engagement. The digital healthcare service, such as the Shukhee app, is a social business initiative of the Grameen Group, which has gained prominence; however, the determinants influencing users' behavioral intention to adopt it remain underexplored. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to investigate key factors influencing the behavioral intention to use e-health services. This study is based on cross-sectional survey data collected from 417 respondents.
