If any student sends password reset request after facing problem in Microsoft Teams/ Outlook, it will be resolved by support@aiub.edu and a new temporary password will be sent to the registered alternate email address available in the student VUES account (not the AIUB email address).

Students must make sure that the registered alternate email address is their VUES account is valid before sending password reset request.
