Attention: Notice for All Freshman Students (Spring : 2025-26)

*Freshman students who got admitted in Spring 2025-26 having GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC or 5A in O-Level (at a time) and 2A in A-Level (at a time); they may submit Scholarship Application to the Admission Office,Annex-9,by February 16,2026 (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Except Friday and Saturday).

* Freshman students who have Siblings/ Spouse currently studying at AIUB must submit a Sibling/ Spouse Discount Application to the Admission Department,Annex-9,by March 03,2026 ( (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Except Friday and Saturday ).

 * Freshman students who did not submit any of the following document at the time of     admission must submit the due document(s) to the Admission Department ,Annex-9, by March 05,2026 (10 AM – 4:00 PM, Except Friday and Saturday).

# Original HSC & SSC mark sheets for Undergraduate students

# Signed Policy Statement paper with Guardian’s Photograph (PP) and Signature                                                                         

(Need to be collected from Admission Office,Annex-9, {If not colleted/ online admitted students}).

# Signed General Information form (Need to be collected from Admission Office, Annex-9{only online admitted students}).
