The Department of Accounting, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB), organized the Presentation Competition entitled “From Figures to Futures: Shaping Business Strategies with Managerial Accounting Tools” on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Annex 3. Students were selected for participation based on their midterm results and presented on the assigned topic, where they discussed the application of managerial accounting tools in shaping effective business strategies.

The champion position was awarded to Mr.  Asadul Md, whose presentation demonstrated remarkable analytical depth. Mr. Md. Mahfuz Bin Uddin secured the first runner-up position, while Ms. Mahira Tabassum attained the second runner-up position. On September 15, 2025, at Media studio, the prize giving ceremony was held where the crests were awarded to the winners, and certificates of participation were distributed among all participants to recognize their dedication and efforts.

The event was profoundly honored by the distinguished presence of Professor Dr. Anwar Hossain, Advisor and Dean-in-Charge of the Faculty of Business Administration, whose gracious attendance brought exceptional significance to the occasion. The Department also extends its sincere thanks to Dr. Mohammad Faridul Alam Director, Graduate Program (MBA), Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Director, Undergraduate Program (BBA), for their continuous guidance and support in making the competition successful.

The competition was organized by Ms. Sazia Afrin and Dr Md. Sazzadur Rahman Khan , Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting with the overall guidance & supervision of Professor Dr. Kamrul Hasan, Head, Department of Accounting , AIUB.
