10th Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form

Every graduating student must fill-out and submit the 10th Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form within March 11, 2010 at the Office of Student Affairs, Level 4, Admin Building. Invitation cards for the student and their guest(s) will be issued against every form submitted. Student or guest will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony without an invitation card.
