A state-of-the-art digital meeting room on Level 7 of Building D, AIUB was inaugurated by Dr. Hasanul A Hasan, Founder Member and Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees, AIUB, on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. He was accompanied by Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna, Member, Board of Trustees and Former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam, Vice Chancellor, Ms. Shania Mahia Abedin, Member, Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain, Advisor and Dean-in-charge, Faculty of Business Administration and other officials of the university.

The digital meeting room is a purpose-built, multi-layered facility equipped with advanced digital technologies to support interactive discussions and brainstorming sessions. On the following day, Thursday, 20 November 2025, the 146th Academic Council Meeting of the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) was held in the new digital meeting room. Members of the Academic Council highly appreciated the setup and facilities and expressed that the environment significantly enhanced the quality of discussions and decision-making.
