The AIUB Business Club (ABC) proudly hosted an exclusive Membership Development Program (MDP) on Monday, September 08, 2025, designed specifically for its members. With the support and guidance of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), the event proved to be a day of practical learning and professional empowerment, focusing on the essential skills of CV Writing and Interpersonal Communications.
The session was conducted by Mr. Asif Ahmed Rohan, Human Resource Executive at Dynamic Solution Innovators and former Administrative Officer of AIUB Business Club (ABC). With his expertise and extensive knowledge, Mr. Rohan provided members with a clear and realistic understanding of the competitive job market. He delved into the art of crafting professional CVs and mastering interpersonal communication, empowering members to build strong professional identities and perform with confidence in interviews.
The interactive nature of the program encouraged participants to engage actively, ask meaningful questions, and gain personalized advice tailored to their career aspirations. Members expressed great enthusiasm, noting that the session was filled with motivation, practical strategies, and insights that could be immediately applied in real-world scenarios.
To ensure the direct application of the skills learned, participants were also assigned a post-session task to revamp or create their CVs based on the expert guidelines shared during the program. The best CV, as judged by a panel, will be awarded a special prize, making the learning process both practical and rewarding.
The program concluded with a token of appreciation for Mr. Rohan, whose valuable insights and guidance inspired members to take charge of their career journeys with greater confidence and clarity.
Overall, the event was a resounding success, fostering personal growth, professional confidence, and a proactive approach toward career development. The AIUB Business Club (ABC) takes pride in organizing programs that not only enhance technical and professional skills but also strengthen its members’ leadership potential, affirming its vision of “Leadership Beyond Practice.”
