Please be informed of the following:

May 31	Cancel “INVALID” students
June 20	Conversion of “UW”, “I” and blank grades for Spring 2011-2012 to “F”
June 11	Last date of Summer 2011-2012 semester payment
June 17	Start of filing of mid-semester clearance Release of midterm permit
June 17-21	MIDTERM - Laboratory exams (permit will be checked, regular classes)
June 23-28	MIDTERM exam No permit-no exam policy will strictly be implemented.
July 05	Release of Midterm Grades
July 07-12	TPE
July 12	Locking of Midterm Grades
July 14-19	Pre-registration for Fall 2012-2013
