23rd Convocation Original Certificates Collection

Dear Graduates,

Graduates of the 23rd Convocation are hereby informed to collect their Original Certificates as per the schedule and list provided by the university.

Annex–6, Room No. 6213
AIUB Campus

Time:
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Graduates are requested to confirm their Program Serial Number from the published list and collect their certificates according to the following schedule:

Sunday, 21 December 2025: Serial No. 1 – 400

Monday, 22 December 2025: Serial No. 450 – 900

Tuesday, 23 December 2025: Serial No. 951 – 1380

Important notice

Graduates who have previously collected their Provisional Certificate (PVC) must return the same at the time of collection. Original Certificates will not be issued without the return of the Provisional Certificate (PVC), if applicable.
