Students who were already allotted with parking facility in the basement of buildingD in Fall 2025-26 semester can apply for renewal of the same facility for the upcoming Spring 2025-26 semester. The renewal application must be submitted through AIUB web portal by Thursday, 22 January 26. The renewal process and the detail guideline are now available in the AIUB portal.

The renewal is only applicable for the same package. After the deadline (Thursday, 22 January 26), the parking facilities which were not renewed will be released and allotted to new applicants on first come first serve basis.

If anyone is not willing to renew the parking facility anymore in the Spring 2025-26 semester, the parking card must be returned to the VUES office (Ground Floor, Building D) any time before or within 48 hours after the allotted time period (22 January 2026).

Renewal Open Date: 18 January 2026, Sunday

Renewal Closing Date: 22 January 2026, Thursday

New Application Start Date: 25 January 2026, Saturday

Release of Parking Smart Card: 03 February 2026, Tuesday onwards
