Renewal of Registered Fixed Automated Parking Facility for Students for Summer 2025-26 Semester

Students who were already allotted with parking facility in the basement of building-D in Spring 2025-26 semester can apply for renewal of the same facility for the upcoming Summer 2025-26 semester. The renewal application must be submitted through AIUB web portal by Wednesday, 13 May 26. The renewal process and the detail guideline are now available in the AIUB portal.

The renewal is only applicable for the same package. After the deadline (Monday, 18 May 26), the parking facilities which were not renewed will be released and allotted to new applicants on first come first serve basis.

If anyone is not willing to renew the parking facility anymore in the Summer 2025-26 semester, the parking card must be returned to the VUES office (Ground Floor, Building D) any time before or within 48 hours after the allotted time period (18 May 2026).

Renewal Open Date: 13 May 2026, Wednesday

Renewal Closing Date: 18 May 2026, Monday

New Application Start Date: 19 May 2026, Tuesday

Release of Parking Smart Card: 01 June 2026, Monday onwards
