The Department of English at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) proudly celebrated the successful completion of the English Language Crash Course, organized as part of the Teaching Practicum course for the Summer 2025–2026 semester.

A total of 28 students from various departments successfully completed the course. The classes were planned and conducted by seven students from the Department of English, providing the trainee teachers with valuable hands-on teaching experience and helping them develop essential skills for their future professional careers.

The certificate-giving ceremony was held on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, in the gracious presence of the Head of the Department of English. The course was coordinated and supervised by Ms. Shahrina Afrin Siddique and Ms. Nusrat Jahan Jyoti.

The initiative reflects the Department of English’s commitment to experiential learning and professional development, while offering students an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical teaching environment.
