BRN Submission for COVID-19 Vaccine

As per the UGC letter dated September 1, 2021, AIUB students who do not have National Identification (NID) number are requested to submit their Birth Registration Number (BRN) in the following form by Sunday, September 5, so that we can send it to the UGC on time.
