Revised Dates of 15th Convocation (Revised on Thursday, January 29, 2015)
Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form: Every graduating student who wants to be present in the ceremony must fill up this form. Otherwise the invitation card for the student (or his/her guests) will not be issued and eventually the student will not be able to take part in the Convocation Ceremony. 'Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form' is be available online (‘Convocation Attendance Form’ under Online Applications after you login in VUES at aiub.edu with your ID and password’) from December 14, 2014 (Sun) up to January 31, 2015 (Sat). After submitting the online form, a slip must be printed. Preserve the printed slip. This printed slip will be required at the time of card release. Release date of the card will be announced later. Last date of submitting the form is January 31, 2015. If you forgot your VUES ID and password or experience any other problem, please contact VUES (8814462, 8816173-4, Ext 421).
Photograph: 15th Convocation Photographs can be taken on February 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2015 (2 PM - 7 PM everyday) in Campus 1/5. After this date, no more photographs will be taken of 15th Convocation. Each student will have to pay 150.00 for the photograph. Students are advised to be in formal attires at the time of photo shooting, because this photo will be officially used in convocation documentation. Make sure you collect the money receipt and sign against your name in the list as a proof. An 8R size photograph will be delivered on a later date. Prior to souvenir printing all the photographs will be posted in the website. Please check your photo online and notify if there is any mistake. Photographs taken in the first batch are already posted in the website (http://osa.aiub.edu/convocation/15/p1/) for verification. Students are advised to check the Photographs along with their ID on the above link. If you find any mistake; contact the photographer [Mr. Khalid Zahedi 019 1171 2825; 016 7771 8567]. The problematic issues must be fixed by 7th February 2015. The University will not be responsible for any kind of mistake; if not notified properly within the deadline.

The payment of the gown is Tk. 1,200.00 (+ Tk. 100 for MBA, EMBA, MSCS, MTel, MEEE & MPH). There will be no more date for on-campus gown distribution after the above mentioned dates. If you miss the on-campus date, you may contact the Tailors directly. If you want to take part in the convocation; you must wear the proper gown.
Rehearsal: Revised date of 15th Convocation Rehearsal is Thursday, February 26, 2015, venue: Banani Club Field, Time: 1.30 PM (For FASS, FE & FSIT) and 3.00 PM (For FBA)
Convocation Ceremony: Revised date of 15th Convocation is Saturday, February 28, 2015, Venue: Bangladesh Military Museum, Bijoy Sarani, Time: 9.00 AM.
